Delete a signed-in VALRYN account

1. Sign in to VALRYN.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion with the required account authentication step.

The current authenticated deletion flow removes the VALRYN account and supported VALRYN user data, including supported Media/user data connected to the account.

If you cannot sign in

If you cannot access your account or need privacy/deletion assistance, email valrynllc@gmail.com. Include enough information for VALRYN to identify the account or request, but do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secret credentials.

Facebook and connected-provider access

Disconnecting Facebook/Meta access is different from deleting a VALRYN account. Current VALRYN account deletion does not yet prove automatic removal of every separate provider destination record and encrypted provider credential. Until self-service disconnect is fully available, contact VALRYN at valrynllc@gmail.com for help removing connected Facebook access.

You may also manage app access from your Meta/Facebook account settings. Removing access at Meta can stop future provider access from Meta's side, subject to Meta's own systems and policies.

Information that may remain

Some records may remain where reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, audit/evidence integrity, abuse prevention, backup integrity, or service recovery. VALRYN does not promise immediate deletion from every backup or log.
