Using VALRYN responsibly

Users are responsible for their accounts, the accuracy of information they provide, and activity that occurs through their accounts. Users must protect their sign-in information and should tell VALRYN if they believe their account has been compromised.

User content

Users remain responsible for the content they create, upload, distribute, import, or publish through VALRYN. Users must have the rights and permissions needed for their content and must not use VALRYN for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity.

By using VALRYN, users give VALRYN the permission needed to store, process, display, transform, transmit, and operate their content as required to provide the service, including previews, publication workflows, imports, moderation, safety, support, and evidence records.

Third-party services and Facebook/Meta

VALRYN may let users connect supported third-party services such as Facebook Pages. Users are responsible for complying with the third-party service's terms and policies, and for confirming that they have authority to manage, publish to, or import from a connected Page.

Connecting Facebook does not automatically publish to Facebook. External publishing requires explicit user intent, a governed preview, approval, and provider readback before VALRYN treats the publication as confirmed.

Imported Facebook content remains external-source content unless and until a user takes an allowed action to add it to VALRYN. Users remain responsible for rights, context, and compliance when importing or republishing external content.

Moderation and safety

VALRYN may limit, remove, review, or preserve content and records when needed for safety, platform integrity, legal requests, abuse prevention, evidence, or service operation. VALRYN may fail closed when authorization, ownership, provider status, or safety checks cannot be verified.

Private beta and service changes

VALRYN is evolving. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while the platform is tested and improved. VALRYN does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every provider feature will remain available.

Disclaimers and limitations

VALRYN provides platform services and information, not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Users should use their own judgment and seek qualified professionals where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VALRYN is provided on an as-available basis during beta, and responsibility for unsupported, unauthorized, unlawful, or third-party provider activity remains with the user who performs it.
